At growing-global.com, we believe that the ability to build flexible win-win partnerships is one of the essentials of doing business in a "globalized" world. And we have committed ourselves to practising this ethos – that is, building partnerships, alliances and networked relationships that help us serve organizations that want to grow their international presence.

We bring this principle to life in several ways and on a continuing basis. For example:

• Each of the growing-global.com principals is also a member of The Change Leaders, a global community of consulting and coaching practitioners of which we were founding members. Our relationships with The Change Leaders give us additional access to expert resources on the ground on five continents.
• In each of the projects we undertake, we strive to partner with other experts in the client’s internal organization, as well as external providers from whom the client benefits. We have designed our "Growing Global" conference agenda to engage local universities, export assistance offices, public officials, and other consultants.

We have a dual goal:

1. to share our own unique global expertise; and
2. to be catalysts to create an integrated program that gives businesses maximum simultaneous exposure to a range of information and services that can help.
